SECURITY

The site is protected throughout by CCTV.  Customers have their own individual padlocks and are the only key holders.

Our electronic security system is directly connected to a Security Control Centre

PAYMENTS

INSURANCE

Port Marine Self Storage will provide you with the necessary insurance cover that you need from the moment that you move into the Facility. We would ask that you assess the total value of your assets before storing with us.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made in person or by telephone.  A deposit by credit or debit card of £20-00 will guarantee a space of your choice and we will reserve this for you for a limited period, depending on availability.  This deposit will be deducted from your first months storage rent.

MOVING IN

Where possible we would suggest that you visit our Facility prior to moving in.  We will be pleased to show you the benefits of storing with Port Marine.  You may also wish to purchase merchandise such as boxes and bubblewrap from our In-Store shop, that will help you with your packing prior to move in. 

DELIVERIES

Here at Port Marine we are able to take receipt of any items that you wish to be delivered for storing in your room after move in. We will retain your goods in our holding room until you are able to visit the Facility to store in your own personal room.

Port Marine Self Storage offer our own collection and delivery service and we also have a dedicated partner who provide full Removal Services.

We can deliver locally, 6 days a week (24 hours notice is required)
Packaging deliveries are charged at £5.00 per visit within a five mile radius of Port Marine Self Storage (Home or Business) and purchases over £60.00 are free if charge.  Please ask a member of our team for delivery charges outside of the five mile radius.

REMOVALS

Port Marine can offer collections and deliveries as approved by our Management Team using our small vans. We can also provide a full removal service with our experienced dedicated partner.
